Manufacturer's Description for Gibson Historic 1957 Les Paul Custom Black Beauty Electric Guitar with Bigsby (with Case)

In 1957, Patent Applied For humbuckers became standard issue on both the Les Paul Model and the Les Paul Custom. To go along with its already upscale appointments, the Les Paul Custom was now available with either two or three of these quiet, powerful new pickups.

All Historic Collection Les Pauls feature a holly head veneer, long neck tenon and non-weight relieved body. zZounds is an authorized dealer of Gibson products.

"The best guitar in my collection."
Sound: The 3 gold plated Humbucker pickups produce the sound of a totally luxurious guitar. Feature: I love the Black Beauty. With the shiny, all black finish, gold hardware, 3 gold plated Humbucker pickups, and Gold Bigsby Tremolo arm DO make it "A True Beauty". No wonder Gibson wanted it to look like a Tuxcedo. Ease of Use: It's lightweight, easy to play sitting or standing, and like I said the sound is out of this world. Quality: The shiny all black finish makes it look like a guitar costing about $45,000. Value: Really worth the $$$. Manufacturer Support: The support and product backup is perfect. The Wow Factor: All I want different is the price tag. Overall: In my opinion, this is a beautiful guitar for what you're paying for.
Style of Music: Rock, and Rock n' Roll.
