The Gibson DSM acoustic electric guitar has a cutaway body style which is comfortable and allows full access to the 20 fret mahogany neck. Amplifying the gorgeous acoustic tones is as simple as plugging the sophisticated Fishman Prefix Pro Blend electronics into your amplifier or sound system. Controls for volume, phase, notch filter, bass, middle, treble and brilliance allow total control over your sound. Other features are solid spruce top, solid mahogany back and sides, and a solid mahogany neck. The all solid wood construction has a beautiful tone right out of the box and just gets better with age.
The dreadnought body style and mahogany body structure of the DSM fuse to create a rich, powerful sound with lots of punch and projection. The DSM has an ebony fingerboard and bridge, a tortoiseshell pickguard, die-cast chrome tuners and includes a Gibson hardshell case. This guitar is in the solid mahogany series in the Songmaker series by Gibson Acoustic.
