Sound: Delivers an excellent growl to my otherwise extremely clear bass sound. This is probably the biggest reason I use these strings. Low end has just enough growl and no mud whatsoever. I love these guys. Feature: They are strings. They have great tone and in my experience, rarely break. I play pop/slap 50% of the time I play, and I haven't had a problem yet. Ease of Use: Once again, they are strings. Quality: Long lasting, geat tone. I use GHS fast fret on them as well, to keep them sounding fresh. Value: Best bang for your buck. Manufacturer Support: Never dealt with GHS, haven't had a need to. Overall: I love these strings, I use them exclusively, and they haven't failed me yet.

GHS Bass Boomers Strings Customer Review
Sound: Well, from the E, A, and D strings, they sound pretty good... Feature: Just strings. >.> Ease of Use: This is my biggest complaint about these strings... I've bought three packs of these strings, and each time, the G string has broken upon it's initial stringing... I've never even plucked a GHS Boomer G string as of today... Quality: G string sucks... Value: If you need a E, A, and D string, I'd say go for it... But if you're a pop/slap type of player... Don't count on your G lasting you very long... Overall: Just... The G string... If it didn't break constantly, this would probably be a good product...
