there are two metal screws inside that attaches the wheels to the bag. These screws/bolts scratched my QSC K12 speakers so bad they looked like craters. That's the biggest wow factor!!! Emailed all the pictures and proof to Gator but Mr. Mckay chose to stop responding to my emails!!! Another wow factor!!! Don't Buy!!
