Simply put, they aren't a top of the line studio monitor with the most accurate of mixes. However, who has that type of money. Get 'em and you'll find a way of placing them in the room and enjoying them.
Sound
Great product, especially for the price. It needs to sit correctly in a well thought out room to hear the bottom end properly. Fantastic for tracking and not too bad for mixing. You can hear things that just can't be hearrd on a normal speaker system. It gets a 9 because of the price and the quality of the sound involved.
Features
No real features. You have to tune your room!!! Volume and on/off switch. That's about it. They're worth it when placed correctly.
Ease of Use
Pretty simple.
Quality
Mine have been punished for about 3 years now and sound great. One of the speakers has developed a quiet rattle (in the box construction, not driver) around the 200hz range. Rarely heard though, usually when tracking not mixing.
Value
Every studio should have these instead of NS10. They're accurate and sound sweeter.
Manufacturer Support
Haven't used them. Will downgrade if they give a reason to in future.
The Wow Factor
The new ones look great in piano black
