Thanks to Alnico magnets, these pickups produce a tight, focused tone that harkens back to the '50s -- perfect for rockabilly, surf, country, and early rock.

Tha Fat Strat 50's pickups are made to give you the classic 50's strat sound, but with a little more beef. Made with height staggard, hend-beveled Alnico 5 magnets, Formcar-coated magnet wire, vintage-style fiber bobbin, and cloth output wires to produce just the right sound. The middle pickup is reverse-wound, reverse polarity to reduce hum.

Sound
I use a lot of distortion in my music and these work not too bad. They souund really good without distortion. If you dont use a lot of distortion these are the right pickups for you.
