"Workhorse"

This bass is rugged. I've owned mine since early '97 and have used it to record a mini lp and various other projects. The Fishman Acoustic Matrix is awesome - deep lows - warm mids - bright top end - you want it this bass has it. Impecable Fender action and sound - and best of all you can sit and practice in front of the tube without plugging in and actually hear what you're doing! :)

Fender BG29 Acoustic Bass Customer Review

Feature:
I received a free amp from the place of purchase and it worked in very nicely

Quality:
It is very light to pick up but is quite sturdy and the maple and mohogany with a black glos finish make it all round a very nice look and the sturdiness make it one of the better acoustic out on the market

Value:
i think the price could have been a little lower for what i use it for

Sound:
As a fan of electric bass i am actually quite surprised how clear and smooth the sound of this model is in the acoustic, and is just as good on electric, very pleasant suprise indeed!

Ease of Use:
it is well made and is very easy to play complicated riffs, with the frets a nicely spaced distance apart

Overall:
i thikn it will do me for 6 to 9 months until i get a fully electric 5 string, im very impressed with it
