"Best Strat I’ve ever played!"

Overall: 5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
I bought this guitar on looks alone in 2016. I didn’t know much else about it other than the impressive specs. It turned out to be the best playing guitar I’ve ever owned. The action came very low (5/64th & 4/64th) with absolutely no buzz and the entire neck is comfortable in all aspects ( frets, action graduated shape, etc.) I didn’t realize there are only 500 made. Best of Fender’s “Magnificent 7” by far!
Sound
The sound is the 4th gen noiseless pups. I find I have to play with my amp settings a bit to make these as hot as my tele’s regular pups but you can’t beat the lack of hum and buzz.
Features
I love rosewood and sunburst/ flame so this guitar fits me to a T and has the classic looks to boot. I love the locking tuners, the 5- position switching and push pot for maximum sound options.
Ease of Use
Great sound, easy to use, need to work the amp settings a bit, Super playable.
Quality
Very well-made and reliable. I haven’t touched the setup except to raise the pups a bit and I’ve had it for years with no problems.
Value
When I bought this it was $2k, I’ve since seen asking prices both lower and higher. Worth the price.
The Wow Factor
The combination of rosewood fret board, flame top, white antique pearl pick guard, and highly figured neck makes this sexy and irresistible! But it still retains the classic look I respect. This guitar is perfect in every way.
