Boasting full size keys with semi-weighted piano action, this is an 88-note MIDI keyboard-controller that weighs in at a mere 13 lbs. Its lightweight and highly durable design makes it perfect for studio or stage. The keyboard action is light, but nicely weighted giving it an expressiveness that must be played to be appreciated. It is the perfect hands-on control for your sound modules and studio virtual instruments. The TMK-88 is velocity sensitive with a mod wheel, one MIDI output, program change and bank select.

"Relax pilgrim (piano players), your search for a light keyboard with an action is over."

Sound: This is a controller. It does not have sounds. Feature: Feature 1: 13.5 lbs and it has an action. A good action. Feature 2: Uncomplicated. What you see is what you get. Quality: HAven't taken it out yet, but it is light and made of durable plastic. Value: I don't see anything around that has any kind of weighted action at this price. The Wow Factor: I think as soon as other piano players figure out the ability of this keyboard to gig out it's going to be real popular. Overall: I don't see a need for another keyboard of this type unless they actually put some good sounds into it somehow and keep the same size and weight.
