Feature:
It comes with everything you need to play the blues minus the amp.
Quality:
The only one thing I noticed to be odd about the guitar. is some of the border work and edge art is a little sloppy. Thats it though. The guitar comes ready for a show. I know that in a few year I will prob have to change out some parts. Which in my opinion is a good thing. Because when a part goes out I always replace it with the best available. And being an epi you can just buy straight gibson parts that will last you for a long time. Buy this guitar you will be happy.
Value:
The price is good for some of the other equipment out the this is a bargain. Also if you want to go on vacation. Go to Korea and pick on up.
Desirability:
Very sleak and great looks.
Sound:
I own the standered les pual by Gibson. My Epiphone custom sounds and plays identicaly to each other. Really, I can't tell much difference. When I first got this guitart the action was off a little fixed that and now no buzz no anything. Its amazing how similar they play.
Support:
Haven't had to use it yet.
Overall:
Buy it.

Feature:
Fine out of the box, though most people replace the pickups as with pretty much any guitar. Worth replacing the nut, but otherwise the guitar is solid.
Quality:
No loose parts, nothing shaky. The nut is worth replacing with graphite or bone, everything else will last.
Value:
Costs what it's worth.
Desirability:
I wanted a heritage cherry sunburst LP since I first saw one about a dozen years ago. Now I've had one for over a year and I still love it.
Sound:
Sounds like an LP. Fat, thick, chunky, lots of sustain. Excellent for rock and blues, probably excellent for metal though that's not really my style.
Ease of Use:
Very playable.
Support:
n/a, no need yet.
Overall:
I don't expect to ever get rid of it, but I might get another for tinkering.
