Feature:
I saw a review which said there is nowhere to hang a strap! I don't know about that guitar, (It may be an earlier version), but mine has strap anchors which came installed with guitar.
Quality:
This guitar has NO Problems except the Low Price almost scared me away from this one. All I can say is Try it, It's risk free.
Value:
All I can say is it compares to instruments costing MUCH MORE.
Desirability:
This guitar is in the classic dreadnought cutaway design which is my favorite. I had to have it for it's looks and the Epiphone Name.
Sound:
With the shadow EQ you can get almost any sound you desire. I had no problem inserting the provided battery into the EQ. I am running the guitar through a Peavy PA and I Love the sound and sustain this EQ provides, It's Geat.
Ease of Use:
There is no learning curve if you have used acoustic electric previously. The playability is Excellent and is worthy of the EPIPHONE LOGO. I did have to lower the action to my liking but that was easy. It has a memorable fingerboard usually found on much more expensive models. I have an early model Epiphone(Sheraton) electric archtop and the addition of this Epiphone Accoustic Electric I should be all set for instruments, (unless I can find a Gretch country Gentleman in pristene condition) lol.
Support:
I haven't needed support so i van't rate it.
Overall:
I expect to have this product till I wear it out if that's possible in my lifetime. I have other accoutic electrics but I believe the search is through with this one.

Feature:
I didnt like the fact that it didnt have anywhere to attach a strap,
but the electronics are great.
Quality:
This guitar is beautiful. I havnt had it for long so can't speak on the overall quality but from what i can tell this is a well built guitar, that stays true to the Epiphone name.
Value:
This guitar is well worth the price I payed and I would gladly pay up to $400 or even $500
Desirability:
This guitar is simple, yet very classy. The cut-away body gives it a beautiful look.
Sound:
This is an awesome sounding guitar for the price. Id easily say the best sounding guitar for under $400.
Its no Taylor but for the price you cant go wrong.
Ease of Use:
Just tune this baby out of the box and get started. The only problem I had was that it is kind of hard to open the electronics to get to the battery. The action on the guitar was fine for me and I didnt have to adjust it at all.
Support:
Havnt needed it .
Overall:
If you are looking for an inexpensive, quality guitar, then this is the guitar for you. I would gladly recommend it to any one of my friends or family.
