Ease of Use
Roland's product description for this adapter is deceptive. What they don't tell you is that it won't connect the R-09 directly to a mic stand. In fact, you have to buy the optional case and tripod (list price $79.99) and use the adapter to connect the case to the mic stand.
Manufacturer Support
I attempted to get the company to acknowledge and correct the deceptive description. I was told that a customer service manager would phone me to discuss it, but no one ever celled.
