About This Product!
Description
All instruments are not created equal, nor are all amps. As sophisticated as today's instruments are, chances are, that you'll have to do a little tweaking of your sound before it hits the big amp. To do it correctly, you'll need a clean, little EQ that also has a gain control.
This nifty DOD box has 7 bands of EQ, one for each octave, with 12 dB of boost or cut for each and every band. A slide pot controls the overall level of the output.
Simple is good. And, by the way, DOD wants you to know that they are serious about quality, that's why they cover all their pedals with a 3-year warranty.

This is a very heavy-duty pedal that is made entirely out of metal except for its tough plastic switch. I read a lot of reviews on the pedal, most of which compare it to the comparable Boss GE7 and say that the extra money spent for the Boss name is not worth it. I am very satisfied with the improvement in my tone, and I cannot foresee experiencing any problems with it down the road. I use it with the DOD PS125 pedal and have not noticed any degradation in sound the few times I ever bypass it. Also, this a great pedal for launching into a lead.
