"DEAN guitar AOD 2"
Overall: Hi, I´ve been playing this guitar about a month. I buy it new ... the finish on the neck is very very smooth so it´s really comfortable to play, grover tuners keep it on tune, very nice guitar to do the palmuting rock stuff, guitar it´s not heavy, it weights what is suposed to. 24 frets so you have the 23 24 notes.. if you use it. I use it..the tone knobs are superb heavy duties...the humbuckers pick up gives this guitar a great sound, however you can improve it with emgs, seymours or whatever you like ..but´s not necessary really. this explorer shape guitar is pure rock´n roll it catches very well the intention of every amp..from blues overdrive.(.yeahh bluess..you can also plays blues with this one with a very nice eq amp) to marshall lead & rythm grooves. it also sounds great with an ac30 vox and really superb with clean roc pro fender amp or little dist on it really loud!!! this guitar particulary sounds great with delay effects. And finally the looks... nice dean logo with the wings. you gotta love the wings the black finish is pure beauty. the pickups are very shiny nice..classic black ex shape. black hardware ..the angel of deth graphics are very eyecatching.. the wings, the blood, seem really lively and the rest is very well drawed. ´if you like rock you´ll buy this cauze it sounds great and simply it´s an eyecandy masterpiece.
