Feature:
For the money, I am amazed at all the features. Tuner, Drum machine, Chorus, Reverb, Octave, Noise Gate, Compressor, Sitar, etc, etc, etc...
The Expression Pedal - this thing is too small for any normal-sized foot, but I think it is worth the money even without this, so I am not going to lower the rating.
Quality:
It is made of heavy plastic. I'm not really surprised considering how inexpensive the price is. It seems sturdy enough. Anecdotal evidence from other reviewers seems to indicate it can withstand gig use...
Value:
This would have been a great deal at a hundred bucks. I love this thing, it has made my electric guitar much more fun to play, and gave a beginner guitarist tons of effects to play with.
Desirability:
This was purely a practical addition, the device actually LOOKS kind of hokey and cheap compared to the heavy-duty, professional-looking BOSS brand gear.
Sound:
I am a beginner guitarist, and let me tell you, this is the best money I ever spent. It makes my cheap Fender Frontman 15W amp and Epiphone Special SG sound incredible compared to directly plugging into the amp. I used to avoid the electric guitar for any playing except distorted, but that has all changed now! The best part of buying this product, aside from it being the equivalent of a dozen pedals or so, is the noisegate. No more blasted hum!!!
Ease of Use:
Could have used it without a manual, but it is simple to operate after reading the manual, although programming is tedious.
Overall:
I think this will be my effect pedal for the next few years as I learn guitar.

Feature:
Everything you need is in the box, except for te guitar of course. Power supply is included, and the instructions are easy to read and follow.
Quality:
The build quality is perfect. I only have one gripe. The expression pedal is a hair to close to the up down buttons. It is very easy to bump the up button while going to town on the expression pedal. Once you're conscious of it though, it is no problem.
Value:
Absolutely, hands-down, the best multi-effects for the money. Great sound, ease of use, easy editing, all for under $100.
Desirability:
I wanted this pedal as a practical addition to my guitar rig (which uses 6 different guitars and one Peavey half-stack. I'm primarily a rythym player, and I got tired of setting up a million different stomp boxes, connecting them together, etc. This pedal is everything I need, for both stage (in a band playing @150 dates per year) and in the studio.
Sound:
The sound of the effects in this unit are really good. Some of the effects are better than others, as is the case with all pedals. However, overall the effects and models are good, and easily editable to grab the sound you are looking for. Absolutely the best sound for the money on the market. It doesn't sound like a lexicon, but it doesn't cost $500 either.
Support:
Haven't had any problems with this pedal (only had it a week), but I have dealt with Digitech before and the support was top notch.
Overall:
I will keep this pedal till it dies. I see no use for anything more expensive or flashy, all the other stuff just gets in the way. Direct this pedal may hum a little, but recording direct, wouldn't you just use the studio's $2000 effects processors anyway? Overall I recommend this pedal to all guitarists looking for fabulous effects and still saving enough money to take one of the groupies out for dinner.
