"Save your money.Spend a little more for better quality."
Sound: It sounds great on guitar and bass with no noise but with a cad m-179 condenser mike the hiss is unreal. Quality: Very well made. So far no trouble Value: For what it does,I think it should come down in price Manufacturer Support: Don"t know, never had to call. The Wow Factor: Nice piece of equipment. I just wish it worked as well as it looks. Overall: Already looking for a better pre for vocals but for a little warmth on guitar its ok. I just wish I"d knowed how noisey it was before I bought it.
