"TOP OF THE LINE AND WORTH EVERY PENNY"

Quality:
FLAWLESS. I HAVE HAULED THEM ALL OVER THE LANDSCAPE AND HAVE USED THEM NOW IN THREE-FOUR DIFFERENT CABS WITH NO PROBLEMS.

Value:
NOTHING CELESTION PRODUCES WOULD BE CONSIDERED VALUE--TO GET THE BEST, YA GOTTA PAY FOR IT. AND YOU DO WITH THESE, BUT WELL WORTH IT!

Desirability:
TONE RULES, AND THESE PRODUCE THE MOST DESIRABLE TONE EVER.

Sound:
THESE SPEAKERS HAVE THE BEST OVERALL TONE OF ANY SPEAKERS I HAVE OWNED (AND I'VE OWNED MANY). THEY HAVE A BEEFY SOUND THAT CARRIES FULL RANGE WITHOUT ANY SHRILLNESS OR EAR FATIGUE. THEY OPERATE WELL AT ALL VOLUMES, CLEAN OR OVERDRIVEN. WHEN OVERDRIVEN (I USE A MESA HEAD) THEY JUST BLOW THE ROOF OFF THE DUMP. BEST SPEAKERS EVER, AND WORTH THE OUTSIZED CELESTION PRICE.

Ease of Use:
JUST SCREW THEM DOWN AND PLUG IN...AAAAHHHHH, THE POWER OF TONE!

Overall:
I BELIEVE THESE ARE THE LAST SPEAKERS I'LL EVER NEED.

Many other manufacturers have tried to recreate the Celestion Blue sound in a higherpowered driver, and some have come close. But only Celestion has the experience and know-how to emulate the tone and response of its own, Alnico classic in a modern driver that's perfect for single or multiple applications in cabinets or combos.

What limited the power handling of the Original Blue was the material used in the construction of the voice coil.

However, after hundreds of hours of testing and countless prototypes, Celestion has developed a new coil that can withstand higher levels of power but leaves the tone unaffected.

Such a relatively simple, yet important development, lies at the heart of a truly remarkable new guitar loudspeaker.
