Feature:
Comes with 140kb of space for you to add midi,s of which you can probably fit 3 small ones, BUT it has a smartmedia memory card socket.
The cards for it are about £20 or $40 to buy so you can fit about 200 midi,s on it.
Quality:
quality of the piano is fantastic and presented in a very sturdy cabinet.
Value:
excellent value for money worth more in my opinion.
Desirability:
lovely dark wood cabinet
Sound:
The sound of this piano is truly fantastic, the grand piano is stunning only topped by the crisp clear sound of the rock piano.
Play,s midi,s downloaded from the internet for you to practice only takes seconds to load them.
Ease of Use:
very easy to use weighted keys fell just like a piano with 3 levels of touch you can adjust these.
Support:
i have never had to deal with casio although they have a fantastic website with plenty of support.
Overall:
As i am a beginner on the piano i would expect this to last me a very long time.

Feature:
The extra features are great - rhythm section, sounds etc.
Quality:
Yes, the quality of the workmanship is good. It would not be a plus for "on the road" too heavy to move each time. Could last a long time if taken care of.
Value:
No, I think for the price the quality should be higher over the less costly products
Sound:
Recently I purchased the Casio AP80R to replace the Casio AP45. I do not find the quality as good as the AP45. It sounds like it is in a hollow box. The clarity leaves a lot to be desired even the grand piano and stereo piano.
Support:
No, I have not dealt with the company directly
