The ME-20B is a powerful multi-effects unit optimized for live performance. With the same performance-based design as its guitar-focused ME-20 counterpart, the ME-20B is aimed at the performing bassist who wants stage-friendly effects and solid construction at an affordable price. Feature:
It likes electricity. It should come with the adaptor for AC power, because no one will use the batteries for a concert and have it poop out half way through. It is well constructed and rugged. Well laid out and relatively easy to operate and control. All three pedals are solid and easy to operate.
Quality:
Rugged construction---hey it's a Boss.
Value:
For what is capable of doing, it is a great value in that all of the separate effects boxes needed to duplicate this would be hundreds more.

I can achieve a warm tube that fills the auditorium. The sounds are nearly limitless. I play CCM for our church's band and this processor has changed our total sound because the bass is so much fuller. I wish that the synthesizers had a little more variety in sound, because they come off sounding just what their name says--synthesized. I am still fairly new with the ME-20B and am still exploring all of the different effects that are obtainable.
Ease of Use:
One evening and I had the major operations down. It makes perfect sense as to its lay out and operation and is to identify what mode you are in. Manual is clear and very useful.
Support:
N/A Haven't had to deal with questions or repairs.

"Simple and easy to use."

Not to much to say here. Great pedal. Basic features like tuner and such. Should have came with an adapter, however battery life is decent on it.
Quality:
Very sturdy. I dropped it a view times and it was fine. It even got rolled over by an 70 pound amp and was fine. Great for someone who might be traveling alot
Value:
I do believe that out of the pedals in this price range, this one is one of the best. There are some better multi fect pedals out there, but for the price, this one is excellent.
Desirability:
Really looks nice. Black and red and all shiny =]

Really good pedal with alot of usefull effects. The only problem I had was that the preset wah effects are really quiet.
