Feature:
A pair of tool for racking, two rca cables, one AC cable, and an USB conveter. This mixer is enough for just home recording usage. Just don't use the usb conveter if you have better sound card, just get from the output directly to the pc's input and you can earn 96KHZ instead 44KHZ.
Quality:
The finishing is good enough, but some of the part seems to be easy to be broken. They give us 2 pair of stereo suck rca cables with poor quality.
Value:
CHEAP!!!! I thought it has $179 value
Desirability:
Just for a device to connect to pc, i have peavey unity series for mixing.
Sound:
Good quality preamp make it sound good, it's cheap anyway. I couldn't find any other product with 8 input and 4 aux in i've got for only $120!! Actualy the usb conveter really sound very bad, too many hiss, distortion, and click. Just forget the conveter and plug it direct to your pc and rock it.
Ease of Use:
Very easy to use, good interface, minutes to learn then you are expert then.
Support:
i dunno, i haven't get any problem so why i bothered them.
Overall:
I love it size, i can put it on my shelf. Cheap and beautiful. For the one whom not rich.

Feature:
The included RCA cables are terrible quality - why bother including them. UCA200 USB interface works well, although it was a huge PITA to install/configure.
Quality:
So far I have no complaints regarding audio quality - EQ's work nicely and have a unique sound, punching in channel strips works well, and the phantom power for condensor mic's works well with no hum.
Value:
Good value, not a smoking deal but I was impatient - in retrospect I would buy a console with an integrated USB/FireWire interface rather than an external one like was bundled with this one.
Desirability:
Adequate, but not hot and steamy.
Sound:
Sound is clean, using it with a condensor mic, guitar and keyboard. Cannot notice cross-over from channels - good signal separation.
Ease of Use:
If you understand how a mixer works, and how signals are routed then this is very simple. If not, the user manual is not geared for novice sound engineers - you will need to read some basics on signal routing first.
Support:
I had to d/l drivers for the UCA200 from their website, and the software is pretty buggy - had to install / reinstall several times before it actually worked. No FAQ for troubleshooting this either.
Overall:
The ALT 3/4 feature is very useful for PC recording, inserts are useful and it is generally a nicely manufactured device.
