About This Product!
Description
Docs
A shade larger than the UB502, the UB802 features 2 Invisible Mic Preamps (IMPs), 6 balanced high-headroom line inputs, 1 post fader FX send per channel for external FX devices and 1 stereo aux return for FX applications or as separate stereo input. There is also an effective, extremely musical 3-band EQ on all channels. The UB802 is well-suited for use with fixed audio and video installations as well as keyboards, samplers, and computer application.

Every crucial development stage of the new UB Series has Uli Behringer's name on it — literally — from the design study to the circuitry layout to the mechanical makeup of the consoles. He has personally selected each and every individual component, all with the goal of squeezing the very most out of every single one of them. These consoles have been pushed as far as the technology permits to-date.

Invisible Mic Preamp (IMP)
Five years in the making, the Invisible Mic Preamp (IMP) is a superior mic preamp that delivers crystal-clear audio with incredible reproduction of the slightest nuances. It matches or exceeds the performance of outboard mic preamps. You get extreme bandwidth of 5 Hz to 100 kHz coupled to unusually neutral, noise- and distortion-free circuitry. The Behringer IMP provides ultra-linear frequency response up to 100 kHz. The result of perfect design. Almost unmeasurable distortion for your signal integrity.

Ultra Low-Noise (ULN)
ULN stands for the Ultra low-noise design of our circuitry. It is based on extremely low-impedance components that keep thermal inherent noise and crosstalk at an absolute minimum. The result: your console is considerably less noisy and crosstalk between neighboring channels is virtually non-existent. The result of perfect design. Almost unmeasurable distortion for your signal integrity.

"This Product ROCKS!"
Feature:
The Inputs I needed a certain amount and Well this Fit my needs to the T. As for FX there is none built in but then the DSP2024 will fix that. My Base plugged in and it just worked. With that and the Mics it is very verstile and the Tape is best over all.

Quality:
Rock Solid!

Value:
Worth Every Penny

Desirability:
Love its looks. Perfect fit for my Needs

Sound:
With the Mics it is Clear and Clean, Each setting is just right.. This unit is Rock solid too, when it was shipped it was in a Box way too big for it, so it was banged around.. This is a great way to make sure something is going to work, since I do not take this on the road others may and this stood up to that. Sound can do no wrong.

Ease of Use:
Just plug in the headphones and there you go. Right away fine tuning it to the needs. When I get it into the Broadcast it will be perfect with how it sounds. Learning this was a breeze.

Support:
Personally did not need help to get this working excepting the right Plug to the Sound Card for broadcasting. That is all it does not show. This is the only limitation to my needs

Overall:
For Years to come it's on 24/7 and this is a Real Test to it's stability. DJ on line well got to have it on and going.

"Live performers need this mixer!"
Feature:
If it only had an ON/OFF switch!

Sound:
I use it for live bluegrass band performances to input into a 1000 Watt PA system and to record the performance. It is a very resilient unit that can take live outdoor performances and the normal abusive handling it gets. Sound is great, but there is a little noise with less sensitive microphones.

Support:
The Behringer support people in Washington state are totally knowledgable of the products, and have developed supplements to the manuals that really make using the item easy.
