Feature:
4 freaken Knobs!!! whaen i got it i thought holy s**t, they all have a good effect on your sound

Quality:
no loose parts, cosmetic blemishes, or worrying about breaking. looks like it will last a couple of years, i would definetly use this for a gig.

Value:
Yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes, worth th value i would buy it for this much,

Desirability:
the weird colors, the rugged design, the rubber, the knobs

Sound:
excellent!!!! it has that metal crunch if you with, all 4 of the knobs on it can effect if you want it to be metal, threash, black, rock, etc. But if you dont have on the right settings, it wont live up to its potential.

Ease of Use:
you can take it out of the box, install the battery or plug a 14V power adapter into it,(simple) and plug and play, Easy

Support:
i havent even had to deal with them, checking the order is easy

Overall:
i love this product, i chose it because of instinct, and its good!!!!

The SM400 stomp box is one hot piece of gear that gives you increasing distortion drive, intense sustain and the roaring sound of an overdriven stacked tube amp when slamming down the pedal.

The SM400 features dedicated Distortion, 2-band EQ and Level controls for awesome sound shaping. A cool blue status LED for effect on/off and battery check plus a first-class electronic on/off switch for highest signal integrity in bypass mode are included. The SM400 runs on a 9 V battery or a DC power supply (not included).

Put your pedal to the metal and take off with steel-melting sounds!
