This is a cool dual-function beat counter from Behringer. Use it as a "stopwatch" or as the simplest tempo monitor ever! Just tap the BC100's button to the beat and the BC100 displays the exact tempo. No control room should be without one and every DJ should have one in the box.

"Great little gadget"
Feature:
It would be nice if it would continuously update with each tap instead of taking 8 and displaying bpm.
Quality:
Hopefully that one button is going to last long.
Value:
Can't beat it for the price and functionality. Plus, its the only device of its kind. There are other devices that have manual bpm but they all include other functions and cost $50+
Desirability:
It appeals to those who need it. Its for people who need a backup for an automatic beat counter or something when the mixer doesn't have a bpm counter.
Sound:
Does not apply
Support:
Didn't have to use it for this product. Good support for my other Behringer purchases.
Overall:
Its amazing.

"Cheap Simple & Easy."
Quality:
Iv had it for a few years now and it works great and Iv only changed the batteries once.
Value:
Really cant be beat for the price, if your looking for a dead accurate beat counter than you may want to get a better model, but if you just need something to get close this is a great product.
Desirability:
For a DJ a beat counter doesnt look that cool, YOUR supposed to be the beat counter, but its quite handy in a studio environment.
Ease of Use:
One simple button, you tap it, it counts. Seem to be more accurate if you do 16 or more counts instead of the normal 8.
Overall:
I usually use it to set the BPM in Cubase so I can record with the click track. Iv used it for some DJing with a drum machine and it worked OK for that, but like other have said its 2 or 3 beats offs, niot a big deal if you know how to comp for that.
