"Nice club amp at a good price"
Feature:
I'll probably add some corner guards and wheels. Love the metal grill! I'd rather hurt my toe a bit then put my foot through my speaker. The knobs seem pretty nice, the jacks look okay to me, but I've heard some concerns voiced about their quality. The cord design is a defintie plus, it's removable and the same kind of power cord you use on computers-you can get a replacement anywhere for cheap--worst case use the powercord off your desktop, cause which is more important, the bass or the computer???

Quality:
As I said above, a bit worried about the corners of the amp.

Value:
For the money it's a winner.

Sound:
Only had the amp a couple of weeks. Nice deep clean sound. Held up fine for practices, but the guitarists haven't brought their 2x10s in yet. My bet is it will be fine. Not as loud as I'd like it to be, but then again my hearing's not great. Seems like it would be fine for a small venue. For the money, it's got a great sound, particularly for blues. The sound quality holds up well at 11. If you want an overdrive sound/distortion, get a pedal.

Support:
Haven't needed it.

Overall:
If this one disappeared I'd probably get another one. The square shape looks great, but makes it a bit bulky. Handles on the side like some of the SWF bass amps would be a nice supplement to the top handle--a bit worried about that. Any one else notice the amps get heavier as you get older?

"Good sound Great value"
Feature:
I like the headphone, Cd/Line input and the ability to power an external 8 ohm speaker. Handle on the top so it's a little awkward to cary and I think it would be the first thing to break. Would have been nice to have a line out but for the price I can't complain.

Quality:
Looks well made. Packaged well. No buzzes yet.

Value:
It's a well made product that is a great value after looking at the other 15's out there. Worth every penny, maybe more.

Desirability:
It's black carpet covered with a metal screen. very sexy logo.

Sound:
100 watts. Nice round tone. No tweeter so it sounds old school with nice sustain using my 77 Fender Jazz passive. Not as loud as I expected but otherwise a great practice amp. Put it in the corner of your bedroom and rattle some walls.

Ease of Use:
Pretty straight forward. input gain, bass , middle, treble, output and deep switch. Fairly easy to get the tone I'm looking for.

Support:
Haven't needed it so I don't know.

Overall:
I'd buy another one in a heartbeat.
