The Ampeg BA600210 is anything but "just another" bass combo. Even though it packs dual 10 inch LF drivers, an HF horn (with Level control), and a whopping 600 watts of pure Ampeg power, the BA600210 is supremely transportable. You get Ampeg's legendary tone-shaping thanks to the multi-stage 12AX7 tube preamp, Style control, 3-Band EQ, and Ultra-Hi/Lo switches, all of which make the BA600 the ultimate in versatility. And because you can choose between two channels, the vintage B-15 channel and a more modern tone, you get access to both with the simple click of switch.

By integrating a Class D power section and universal switching power supply, Ampeg was able to keep the BA600's weight factor low, without sacrificing power output-or their legendary sound quality. The Ampeg BA600 also features a variable compressor, a selectable pre/post XLR tube DI with Level control (the same as our stunning SVT-DI), and an effects loop.

The BA600210 is ideally suited to semi-pro to professional players seeking high-powered Ampeg tone in an extremely versatile and portable package. zZounds is an authorized dealer of Ampeg products.

Ease of Use: The controls are simple. The relative lightness of this amp and it's versatility make it one sweet deal for anyone who plays out. I primarily use this as a practice amp but could take it on the road no problem. Quality: Solid construction. I expect this amp to last me several years. Value: I think for what you get in this compact package, it's an excellent deal. Manufacturer Support: n/a The Wow Factor: Well, it's Ampeg. Tone is sexy and Ampeg has it. What else to say? Overall: I'll use this amp until it dies.

"This amp need to be re-designed, and built in America"

Sound: great Feature: problems Ease of Use: very easy Quality: SUCKS. I bought 2 and sent them both back. the bass cord pops out when the eq setting has too much bass. Crappy sound at full range. speakers system clipped, (no sound) on both units (I had to power down, the power up to get sound again) Value: I will never waste my time on an ampeg again, and I like the USA models. Manufacturer Support: nothing, so I thought screw you ampeg, I'll get my money back.
