Alesis X Guitar with Built-In Effects

Feature:
The Alesis distortion built into the guitar was what hit me. It's great for a casual or intermediate rock band its features should make you able to find a gig if you just open the manual and mess around with it for a bit. For this type of playing you should have everything you need. The only downside is that you can't skip around quickly between sounds if you in a guitar solo or whatnot. Overall features prolly 96/100*

Quality:
There were a few little nicks in the guitar when i got it but nothing unreasonable or noticeable . For a beggining/early advanced guitar great quility. Overall Quality 91/100*

Value:
It usally runs about twice as much as Fender Stratocasters. But with all the built in synth into the guitar it makes this alot more portable, and for just having a good time with bandmates this is worth the extra $$ you pay for it. It really is a good value. Overall Value 98/100*

Desirability:
Well to be honost its pretty generic when you get it. But it is one that you can customize yourself due to the black and white color. After you put some Incubus stickers or whatnot it can be as sexy as you want it to be. Overall 81/100* after you make it custom 95/100*

Sound:
An ocasional buzz when playing but if you have it pluged into an amp that's cranked up its rarely noticable. For a beggining/average Guitar player good sound for the price. If you want anything beter you beter take out a few grand for a custom guitar. Sound overall prolly 83/100*

Support:
Alesis is a trustworthy company. I've bought synth effects for my keyboard from them without problems many times. But its always good to have some sort of warranty even on quality products. Support of Alesis 100/100*

Overall:
Well Overall its a great gutair. The next step is if you want to whip out a few thousand for a custom made gutair. But the change from this to that is still very subtle. This gutair will be with you for awhile.

Feature:
best is out of box set up correctly and stays in tune plus great sound there is an accesory pack that i havent got yet with expression pedal

Quality:
perfect not the sexiest but flawless incredible sound and quality (stays in tune) make this the most beautiful guitar ive ever owned

Value:
the greatest guitar value on earth my thousand dollar charvels and gibsons just sit now for 299 wow.

Desirability:
once you hear and play this guitar youll realize looks dont mean a thing this thing sounds incredible and is trouble/ hasslefree thats what makes a guitar more buetiful than any quilted top abalone binding beatiful finished guitar that requires set up and constant resetting

Sound:
suprising good pickups, twisted tuners 3/4 turn or less and it was in perfect tune , perfect intonation action and neck tension were perfect out of the box suprising ive pounded this thing 5-7 hours a day and still in tune great sound very good effects sounds great through my tom scholtz rockbox or amp . its so good my gibsons , charvels ,jacksons, ibanez, fenders, esp's , peavey , yamaha, epiphone's ,squire, switch steins, all just sit now i cant put this thing down . my guitar tech's jaw hit the floor. i took it out of box tuned it up myself and just started wailing away and fell in love . i told him not to touch a thing i haven't picked up another guitar since. 299 wow what a deal. incredible sound

Support:
dont know havent needed any support but judging by correct out of box set up and sound qaulity they actually care about making great sounding guitars must be musicians who actually play them.

Overall:
ill buy another and another if needed
