Sound
The only useful sound I found on this amp is with all FX (including EQ) turned off. Even then it was a pretty lifeless solid state sound.
Features
One great feature, a rechargable battery. The EQ was barely satisfactory. The FX are at a low sample rate and sound terrible.
Ease of Use
The interface was somewhat limited, but with time you can get something out of it.
Value
Sure - its an inexpensive amp, but I'd be happer with a Pignose, Vox or Roland battery amp. The FX are useless.
Manufacturer Support
I returned mine because it sounded so bad. Unfortunately the shipping on a heavy amp made for a bit of a loss on my part.
