I imagine this will be a standard part of my show for a long time. I have my gear insured and if these were lost or stolen I would immediately replace them with same item.

Sound
Not sure what to pick for a product that doesn't produce sound.

Features
I can't really think of any features that it's missing. Does strobing, music sync, smooth color changing and so forth. Lots of things an incandescent stage light won't do. It also has a display with onboard buttons for setting channel and mode - much easier to use than DIP switches and much easier to see current settings in the dark.

Ease of Use
The product is easy to use, but if you don't know DMX you will have a learning curve. There's not a lot to learn, but it's not instantly understandable. It's always a good idea to check the lights and make sure that they are in the desired mode and set to the desired channel before you hoist them. I've found that these values can drift from time to time for some reason. The power cord is a standard, detachable, computer-type cord, which I think is a significant benefit. I suggest getting the O-clamps to hang these lights with. It's much simpler and faster than trying to use the screws and nuts that come with the lights to attach them to lighting stands.

Quality
The product is made pretty well. It's not bullet-proof. It's essentially a large circuit read more board with 252 LED's attached to it. I wouldn't recommend dropping it from three or four feet above a concrete floor. The glass plate that covers the LED's is nice and thick. The casing is metal and pretty sturdy. The brackets are a little lightweight, but not bad. I use these for stage lights for my band and am therefore setting them up and taking them down every night, transporting them from location to location. I STRONGLY suggest that if you do this you purchase some sort of case for these. Carrying them around loose or attached to a truss or lighting pole like many people do with incandescent cans is not a good idea. I purchased a pair of Pelican cases for mine so that they are protected with foam when being transported. This has worked very well and I've had no problems.

Value
I did a lot of research before buying these. I've owned them for well over a year and I'm still very pleased with them. An incandescent fixture would be a little brighter, but these are so far superior in every other way that there's just really no comparison. Their negligible power draw makes them a delight in clubs where the wiring was installed in 1928.

Manufacturer Support
I have no experience here, I'll just give this a 6. I've not needed service.

The Wow Factor
I love these lights. They're very flexible, they're very bright, and they don't blow club breakers. No need to run a 50' extension cord to get to a separate circuit to power the lights. In addition, the fact that they produce zero heat makes them mighty fine on a hot, south Texas night.
