Poplar body. Maple neck. 2 humbuckers.

Evolution doesn't have to mean more complicated. The GSZ has evolved into an even simpler instrument than its famous S ancestor. The comfortable, slim, poplar body is there. The GSZ also features a simple fixed bridge and a 25.1 scale neck that has a different feel than the S guitar's 25.5 scale.

"THE COLD HARD TRUTH"

Overall: 5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
i love this guitar i will have it forever and always i will keep it in good condition but if it does get damaged beyond repair than i would buy another one even if it ment selling my ESP and maybe my LES PAUL CUSTOM.

Sound
It sounds beautiful i have an ESP and a GIBSON LES PAUL CUSTOM and this is my favorite out of all of them this guitar really got my guitar skills up alot because i wanted to practice more and more now i have people come to my house to listen to me play. When i first got this guitar i also bought a peavey rage 158amp with it, it is a beautiful combo.

Features
the guitar is smaller than i was used to but it is alot easier to get up and down that fingerboared to play those hammet sollos.the nut ok for the beginers out there that are reading this you need to learn how to string your guitar right if you don't ther is a chance that you will lose some sound and tone to your guitar i also learned that if you don't tune it right you will really mess up the nut.the pickups are beautiful they have a great sound awsome tone if you play rythym this is the guitar for you but if you just want to get a guitar that looks cool and sounds great this is the one.

Quality
ok now the quality of the actual guitar is awsome but there are some things about it like i got a candy apple red and didn't like the color because it got dirty really easy and the bridge sometimes gets in the way of some read more of my solos so when the band and i perform and i do use this guitar for just like something here at school than i really have to be careful and really pay attention to what i am doing so i don't get hung up and have a pause and make it sound bad. but it isn't that big of a deal.i have had this guitar since i was 15 i am 16 now and it is just as good as when i got it if not better.

Value
o yes the price for this guitar is such a good deal and it sounds awsome.

Manufacturer Support
i have never even really had that big of a deal with it but ibanez rules and are real profesonal in what they do and i love all of there products.

The Wow Factor
sex appeal is great anyone who wants a guitar and doesn't think one would look good on them well here is your ticket this is a universal guitar as i call it it looks good on everybody.and if anyone says that girls can't play guitar that is not true i know girls that are better than me but i do suggest that you start with an acoustic i played an acoustic for about two years for about 4 hours everyday and when i then got to where i could play any song after listening to it i knew that i was ready to go into to the world od electrics.
