Feature:
Defenitly has very good features. Has Volume, Bass, Middle, Treble, and Presence knobs, and a 10DB bass boost gain, which sounds really great. It also has CD inputs (so you can plug in your CD player and play along with it) and headphone jack.
Quality:
Made very well, can take a pretty good beating. Ive had mine for a while now, and It has done really good.
Value:
VERY GOOD PRICE for this good of an amp!
Desirability:
Has a very good apperance. The blue switch that lights up when you turn it on is pretty cool too.
Sound:
This is a great starter amp! It has an awesome sound, with a low end punch t it. Im sure some bigger amps have better sound, of course (which is why I gave it a 9) but for beginners, I would give this amp a 10!! And with 20 Watts, it's still pretty loud.
Ease of Use:
Not hard to use at all!!! Just plug the cord in and adjust the sound to how you want it, and play!
Support:
Havent had any experiences with the company or anything, but I havent needed any repairs or stuff like that.
Overall:
I am defenitly very satisfied with this amp. If you are playing shows and stuff like that, this wouldnt be the amp for you. Its only 20 Watts, which means its mainly for practice. But dont get me wrong, you can still get this thing loud!

Feature:
Basic and to the point, just what you want in a practice amp. It does what it should. Having a line in for a CD player (or other external music source like an MP3 etc) is awesome, I haven't actually used this function yet but it's nice knowing it's there LOL
Quality:
I've only had it for a few days so it hasn't been roughed around yet and I generally take good care of my stuff anyway, but it feels and sounds solid, no "show" bits that aren't needed. It's very basic so I think it will last.
Value:
I paid NZD$299 for it and normally I would think it would be a bit much for a combo this size but when I heard it, it sounded very decent and thought, well, why not?
Desirability:
How would I rate the "sex appeal"? LOL its a small combo...we all know bigger is better! I would say this is like the drunk one night stand you DONT tell your friends about....
Sound:
Ok, remember that its only a 20W amp, but for a litte thing it goes great, its not going to cut if for a studio session or playing against drummers etc, but for PRACTCING, its perfect, great punch, the 10db helps, good tone and playing with a bass that has active pickups adds to it
Ease of Use:
Plug and play, can't much easier than that.
Support:
I have not needed to use support and doubt I will. There's not a lot that can go wrong with it.
