The Rode Mini Boompole is a new 3-piece telescopic version of Rode's best selling Boompole. Made of durable, lightweight, high grade aluminum, the 6 ft. Mini Boompole is ideal for use with the Rode Videomic and Rode stereo Videomic or any other mics you may need.

Generally, a boom pole is used when shooting video to keep the microphones close to the subject, and yet out of the shot by keeping it over the subjects head. A secure twist locking action allows you to quickly extend it to the desired length. The Mini Boom is also supplied with velcro straps to keep cables secure and neat. Uses a standard 3/8 thread for attachment of shock mounts and mics.
