Feature:
For the home, my unit included the stand (wood look) which makes this unit an attractive and compact piece of furniture. The stand sells separately for about $129. Foot pedal and AC adapter were also included at no extra charge. Metronome function is great for beginners. Also split key accompanyment allows you to concentrate on one hand at a time while the keyboard plays the other. My daughter was able to learn songs faster without as much frustration.
Quality:
This is not a stage piano! great in the living room or home studio, but if you are going on the road, stick with KORG, Yamaha, or Roland. That being said, the fit and finish is good for the price.
Value:
Do the Math and this is a no brainer. "88keys", scaled hammer action, dual pedals, midi-in/out, metronome, split key, accompanyment, recording
capability and all for under $500.
Desirability:
It is what it is. Unobtrusive home keyboard with all the necessities for learning.
Sound:
Speakers need improvement. I use professional grade studio headphones and the improvement is incredible. If your adventurous, PartsExpress sells high end replacement drivers, but a nice keyboard amp will do the same but costs a little more.
Support:
Have not needed to repair this unit, so technical support is unkown.
Overall:
I have to live with the internal speakers and the fact that it is 32note polyphonic (would have preferred 64note). If the interest does not wear off we will likely upgrade. LikeMost- 88HammerAction, LikeLeast - internal speakers.

Overall:
This is my first time owning a digital piano. However, i've played many, and i must say that the action is very smooth and stable compared to many other brands. The only thing that is not completely satisfying are the speakers. If you turn the volume to the higher levels there is sometimes a soft hissing noise when you play near the center; but it is nothing too unbearable. (that problem is obviously eliminated by using head phones) I beleive that this piano is WELL worth its price. If you're short on cash, and you can't go without hammer action, this is the way to go.
