Feature:
Very down to earth and easy to use, The tone controls are well-placed sonically and very responsive. I'd like to see a compressor, but for the price not a deal-breaker.
Quality:
So far so good. Haven't had it long enough to make a reliable comment.
Value:
An awesome deal for what you get.
Desirability:
I give this amp high sex-appeal quotient. The looks are a little retro/vintage, which I like. The sound is a little tubey, which is nice and thick.
Sound:
The sound is very good - punchy and deep. The bad thing is that there's frequency hump around 200Hz, which clouds the sound a bit. But even with that, I really like the sound of the amp. Really comes alive with an extension cab and total amp load at 4 ohms. When using a 5-string with dual pickups (Spector, in my case), the notes on the low B jump out, and are clear and growl like nothing I've ever heard before - and my large amp has 2000 watts! There is no tweeter, and I like that with a 15" speaker. It has just the right tone - perfect with a good P-bass.
Ease of Use:
Getting rid of the high-bass hump take a little adjusting...

Overall:
The Ashdown C115-300 is an all-time classic - much better than the Ampeg B4 flip-top (I used to have one of those, too, and found it very hard to dial in an even sound). This Ashdown replaced my small amp for casuals. Both my band and I like the sound of the c115-300 so much it will probably replace my larger amp and rack; I'll be using an extenstion cab for those jobs. It's definitely loud enough for backline on rock gigs.

Feature:
I like the fact that it has all of the things you need from FX send and return to the 5 band EQ and i like the push switches, the low push switch is awsome
Quality:
1-10? i would give it a 9.75647474 because i like amps that use footswitches but thats just a tripping hazard anyways. by the ay this combo amp was rated #1 in its price-range. I gave it a 9 because it would look nicer in the rugged black leather instead of carpet
Value:
well worth my hard earned money!
value will out beat any other amp you find in this price-range
Desirability:
very indie
Sound:
The sound is very classic, I mean very bassy seeing how it has a 15" in it. You won't find a very trebely high (but your playing bass not the violin) it has a great low end! sounds amazing, i like to use a 410 cab beneath it just for more sound at gigs but this amp is on that border line of needing to be mic'ed depending on the style and size of place
Ease of Use:
PLUG IT IN, i got this amp as an expierementalist because i played an ashdown at a local dealer and i liked the retro look and compared to most heads and rackmounts its very easy to use. all you really need is a wall socket and a cable from your bass to the amp
Support:
neer needed it yet
Overall:
forever.... or until it runs to the end of its life
