Picked one of these up at a pawnshop, love it. The carved body is awesome, the neck is uber-fast and it has the sweet reverse headstock. The turbo boost circuit is a novel idea, and the pickups sound good dirty. If you have it cranked, cover your balls before you engage the boost. I have the hardtail model and there are no tuning issues. I did not rate manufacturer support because I have never had to deal with them. The flame inlays are a little cheesy but everyone seems to like them. Also, you must have an awesome guitar strap when you play this thing...it should have lightning bolts or something nutty like that.
