The Silvertone SSLB-11 was designed to deliver the powerful bottom end today's music demands. The SSLB-11 features a long scale 34 in. Maple neck with a 20 fret Rosewood fretboard , cutaway Agathis wood body, 1 split 'P' style pickup, 1 volume and 1 tone control, pickguard with mounted thumb-block, chrome die-cast enclosed tuning gears, and a fully adjustable chrome bridge.

"I love these basses"

One of my favorite basses, in fact I have 2 because they’re awesome! I collect and restore basses and the Silvertone SSLB is high on my list of playability. The neck is nearly perfect snd great quality and feel. Nice weight and balance. I have swapped out bridges and tuners for cosmetic reasons mostly; on one I put Musicman 3:1 tuners and it looks killer! One is all gold hardware and the other is murdered blacked out everything. I kept the splitcoils in both because they are loud, punchy and full sounding. I play these basses out live regularly and love how they always fit in the mix. I have a $10,000 Alembic and - no kidding - I will always grab this inexpensive awesome Silvertone first.
