Feature:
The features are fine. The basic bass and treble knobs. Nothing superior but they work well.
Quality:
The overall quality is good. It is a little heavy compared to other basses I've used. The amplifier screw does come loose as someone else mentioned and so do the screws that hold the strap but all you really need is a screw driver to tighten them and they're as good as new. Overall, it's pretty sturdy and definitely gets the job done.
Value:
It is worth the money and then some. This is an excellent bass and I'd recommend it to anyone looking to start playing bass.
Desirability:
The bass looks very nice. My friend often calls it The Phantom Bass because the body and fingerboard are all black. It looks very sleek and even if you play like crap, the look will help you out. Looks much better than many other basses out there.
Sound:
The sound is quite good. Especially for the price. The only problem is it tends to buzz, mainly the E string.
Support:
I haven't needed support because nothing has gone wrong. If you're careless with your instruments, than you'll probably need it. The company seems like they're good if you have any problems though.
Overall:
This bass has been very good to me but I'm looking for a more advanced bass now. I've been using this one with my band and it does well on everything from grunge, punk, metal, funk, and classic rock to everything else. It is very versatile and you can use it for any genre or playing style. I've played slap, finger, and pick with it and all have sounded magnificient. Finger picking sounds best on this in my opinion, though. So if you are just starting out or looking for a bass to hold you over for a while, this is definitely the one.

Feature:
no other accesories were included
Quality:
i use all dfferent styles on my bass, ranging from slap to pop to pick and they all sound quite good on this bass. it feels solid, no parts feel untight of loose, an it's overall apperance tells you it's put together correctly
Value:
it;s cheap and affordable and it's awsome, great beginers bass
Desirability:
i like the color, it's a dark shade of blue thats just about close to a purple hue and the head of the guitar is also cool
Sound:
it sounds great. i've had it for a few months now and i think it's held up alot better than my other bass. it's withstood alot of punishment like, the occasional bump and ding, over tuned strings constaint hitting of the neck on door frames, and even getting shot with my friends pellet gun. don't hessetate just buy it it's worth it.
Ease of Use:
it has a natural feel to the neck and it esyier to use than most of the other more expensive basses.
Support:
no i havent, cause i havent had any problems with it yet
Overall:
for as long as i live
