Feature:
The features on this machine are ill, very similar to the pioneer's altho i think that the looping have a small problem. Mine skips sometimes so i never get to cue at the right moment.
Quality:
It's very rough and strong, I guess it will hold up for a while! Quality wise, perfect, altho it would've been nice if it were to have a bigger screen and more lighting on the buttons.
Value:
I think 399 is a joke. Compared to bigger products such as the denon dn-s5000 or the pioneer cdj800 or cdj1000, its really cheap and offers you exactly what you need, altho denon and pioneer have their own way of producing their products.
Desirability:
It makes me drewl!
Sound:
The sound on this machine is amazing. At first, I thought it would be something similar to behringer, making something as good for a cheaper price. I guess i'm wrong, this lil fellow plays whatever you want and sounds just fine. Compared to the pioneer mk3, i think they're the same in suond.
Ease of Use:
When you first get it, you think "OMG, where am I guna start", looks very explicit and too many buttons, but in a matter of hours, you'll learn how to use this beast!
Support:
I didn't deal with them yet, mine works just gfine, apart from the looping, but i got very used to that so i'm fine for the moment.
Overall:
I'm happy with this product because it kicks at gigs. I've used it the next month at a big gig and i felt the satisfaction of playing music to an audience!

Feature:
Came with everyting you need...also came with a "fader start" line which is nice IF you have the fader start ability on your mixer. The effects are cool you can set them to how you like including time sequence, volume all that. 4 sample banks make it a little bit like a drum machine, you can hold 4 samples in them take out the CD and still have the samples to use at your liking.
Quality:
I've had these for 2 years now and so far no problems. The jog wheel feels a little flimsy and the tray loading CD is not my favorite.
Value:
Not bad....I bought these when they first came out so I dropped 800 on both, but now they have the C324 which is the same as this one but has a slot load for CD rather than tray
Desirability:
It looks impressive, if you can't get CDJ's I would suggest these, however the scratching ability falls way behind in comparison to the CDJ's....the latency is just too much even if you adjust the jog wheel to it's lowest setting. Beat juggling and heavy scratching will fall far behind in comparison to the Pioneers
Sound:
Not bad really, I use them at home and have only played out one time with them.
Ease of Use:
It will take some time to figure out the adjustments for the touch sensative jog wheel.....and for sampling and the effects. It's a little difficult at first but once you figure it out it's not bad.
Support:
Didn't have to contact them
Overall:
Not a bad product, nice features and the ability to sample up to 8 samples (when using two decks) is nice...built in effects means you don't have to find a mixer with those in it nad had all the necessary feautres you would like in a CD deck
