"a must for those on a budget looking for great quality"

very good sound

Overall:
the only thing that upsets me is that these cymbals are just as good(if not better) as more expensive sabian and ziljian however due to their low price a lot of people can't believe how good they are and tend to dislike them.

For the manufacture of PST 5 cymbals Paiste uses the same high-grade bronze alloy as in their professional class, which became famous through their 2002 series. The combination of this sonorous bronze with their new production method provides drummers with new sound dimensions, and due to the rich program, with numerous possibilities to design an individual cymbal set.

Weight: medium top / medium heavy bottom

Stick sound: very pronounced, crisp and clear

Chick sound: very defined and crisp

Sound character: very energetic, cutting and defined with good overall responsive feel. Fairly wide range, clean mix with a nice layer of warmth. A very solid hi-hat for all-purpose Rock settings.
