I hated to part with my PSR, but my love for playing classical music dictated I move on to 76 keys! Fur Elise just cannot be played properly on a 61 key keyboard. Try it and you'll see what I mean. But I wanted to stick to Yahama, for their rich piano sound, and was surprised to find that they had integrated so many "teaching" features into their keyboards with their "YES" programming. My children play too, and I have a two year old that tries to play. I am thrilled with the educational opportunities this keyboard presents her. True, at 40 lbs, it is a heavy piece of work compared to my PSR, which I could just pick up and move from room to room, but it's worth it for my needs. An excellent keyboard for the advanced home player, and the beginner as well! A lot of bang for your buck! Oh, and let's not forget that rich, grand piano sound Yahama always remembers to deliver.

Style of Music: I play Classical Music for my own, and my family's enjoyment. I also use it for therapy for my mood swings as I am bi-polar.

Feature:
Lots of features, but to get an AC adapter and sustain pedal--which should be standard equipment--you have to get the Survival Kit, which is extra.
Quality:
"Champagne silver" and sky-blue metallic styling make it look a lot more professional than most keyboards in this price range. I've had no problems with "sticky keys", static, "fuzzy" sounds or the like. It's still working great after one year of almost daily use.
Value:
This keyboard is head-and-tails over any other in its price range, and even some more expensive.
Desirability:
For this type of keyboard (for the casual home hobbyist), it just looks and sounds great.
Sound:
The "digital grand" piano voice sounds the closest to an actual grand of any keyboard in this price range.
Support:
Never needed to use customer support.
Overall:
This one should satisfy me for a while, though I am currently looking in the Yamaha Clavinova series for a keyboard with weighted keys (which this one lacks). Even after buying a digital piano, I'm sure I will keep this around for noodling around with.
