Super guitar, sounds great out of the box and plays very well. It feels like a professional grade instrument at a fraction of the cost. When I got this I was impressed and pleased with the quality and sound; the workmanship on this is very, very high. Of all the beginner (sub-$300 price) guitars out there, this one looked to be the best, and had the best reviews. Thanks to all who posted reviews here, it helped me make up my mind to buy it. Excellent instrument - thanks Ibanez team.
Sound

"Great guitar with an unbeatable price"
The little Ibanez will always be a part of my family, even when an ESP decides to move in.
Sound
I picked up this kick-a** little axe in Australia. The sound was very exceptional compared to past left-handed guitars I've played (Which was really just right handed guitars with the strings flipped)Although you might consider purchasing a few effects to help. (Especially when you are using a little whimpy CRATE amp)After hooking up a processor, this little axe is just screamin!!!!
Features
This guitar is very light, which is good when you are into playing for hours at a time. The fretboard has a very smooth feel, making those scales much easier to master. And damn does it look good with a little polish.
Value
A great little guitar at a great price.

"your mom"
its a good guitar for me. this is my first electric i have had, and it works fine, nothing breaks, dies out, falls apart or anything. and for the price it's worth it. its not a guitar with many accesseries, it works and plays and thats all that counts. you should buy it.
Quality
very good quality, except there is rust forming here and there, but it doesnt scratch that much. the string nobs on the neck, especially for the high e string, are getting a little loose, and it comes out every now and then. but that is easily fixed.
Value
its not a cheap guitar, nor an expensive one. good quality, nothing breaks, plays like a high end model without paying too much.
Manufacturer Support
the only thing i have trouble with is that the instruction booklet is not made for the guitar, its made for many of the guitars they make, but it gets confusing, and for certain things i wanna learn like putting the bar on, there is some stuff on the back of the guitar that is there in the directions, so it makes it harder.

"The best instrument to hold six strings"
I'll use it forever if it'll let me. If i get anything else it'll be for style (like i want to own a flying V , solid black of course). I chose it because i've loved my past IBANEZ's and those that my friends had. It meets all my goals and i would replace it. I also feel really fortunate that i found it for the selection of left handed guitars are extremely limited.
Sound
the sound is just what i wanted. being an IBANEZ fan for awhile i pretty much new what i was getting into. no matter what guitar i play, i always use BOSS' metalzone distortion pedal...best out there. To dig even deeper i add a DIGITECH rp300a artist for cabinet style so that i can use my ROLAND ds-50a bi-amp monitors. Ideal for recording really but excellent for practice as well. I record with BOSS' br-1180cd. As far as the guitar goes, i wouldn't change a thing.
Features
it included the standard accessories (short cord, allen keys, trem.bar, etc.) most useful features to me were the two humbucker pickups, no more no less. single coil. adjustable tremlow, a trust rod, and a single tone knob (to me) is all that's nessesary.I wouldn't change the features. I don't like fine tuners and i don't like string locks up at the top of the neck. The selection of components were fine, but if i could change one thing, to come with EMG pickups (black, humbucking).
Quality
i recieved my guitar (Baphomet is it's name) in perfect condition. No blemishes, chips, or scratches. Nothing was loose or broken and i would definitly trust it in any situation, without a backup and it'll probably out live me (knock on wood). But i'd still would like a backup - Ya never know when a string is going to break.
Value
Yes (in short)
Manufacturer Support
I bought it through you guys and fortunitly never had a problem. I would in the near future like to put those EMG's in there though.
The Wow Factor
when i first clicked onto your site, it called to me. Like i said, i wouldn't change a thing. Any guitar or bass i'll ever own will be solid black, shining like a mirror and with the sound quality, it's more than practical to be more than an addition, but to be the change in your setup.

"Great, just buy."

Unless I get the money to upgrade to a higher end guitar, this one is just fine I and think it will be a long time before it brakes or something like that. I bought this one instead of the axe one because i didn't want to complicate myself with 4 knobs xD: also this one seemed more suitable for the kind of music I play.
Sound
It has a great sound, I play metal and it does just what a I wanted, riffs sound cool and so do the leads, also it has a great sound for any type of music i think, I have played clean and the sound does not dissapoint me.
Features
What can I say, two humbuckers two knows, everything is standard.
Ease of Use
Yes it easy to play BUT, BUT beware, when I bought mine, I seems that the metal pieces of the frets had a bad finish because I cut myself with them when playing, after use it didn't happen anymore.
Quality
I would say 8 because its been 2 years now since I bought it and the volume knob is giving me problems, I better don't touch it at all, also, the tuning pegs some are loosy compared to the others in the headstock. some rust has appeared on the bridge but I guess is my fault and I also live in a verh humid country (Nicaragua).
Value
It's a cheap yet reliable left handed guitar, if it is your first electric guitar or want to upgrade from a crappy one this is your choice. Great tone, good quality (just treat like a baby xD :P)
Manufacturer Support
Can't say I never needed any, that´s why 10.
The Wow Factor
It's not the sexiest one, the paint job is great, not boring at all, I love it because it is my first electric guitar and I have recorded so many songs with it, it will always have a special place in my heart, when I get the money I will upgrade to a higher end guitar but this one will always have it's place.

"Full-value, plus more on this guitar...."

I thoroughly enjoyed this guitar for several reasons: It's fairly light for a solid body. It puts out exceptionally noticeably more quality notes than comparably-priced left-handers. Chording the frets and picking the strings have this undefinable great ergonomics that beats more expensive lefties I've tried. The neck just has the right feel (I have somewhat medium-sized hands and reach). The dials and controls are intuitive. Seems to have quality all-around. Even with its economic price, I would not be shy playing this in front of a crowd. Mine is all black, and the cut and contour make this one present a very decent appearance. The fit and finish is great. Even as I will be adding more expensive lefties in the future, this is a definite keeper because it always flashes thru my mind, "Man, I got a really good deal on this one."

Quality

"The Best Left-Handed Guitar On the Market"
For the time being, I can't imagine playing anything else.
Sound
For its price, it's the best sounding guitar I've heard. In fact, I've heard it against a few higher-priced Fenders and a Gibson and actually prefer it. I have a decent amp, but nothing special; the guitar is truly of the highest quality.
Quality
It's built solid. I've had no problems with it over the past three months of owning it. Actually, I've rarely had to tune it, which is a major plus.
Value
Worth every penny.
The Wow Factor
I'm working on getting some extras added. I wish it were offered in other colors, but black is standard for the left-handed mode. A different color pickguard would have been nice, but no complaints here, really.

I may very well use this product until its destruction which may be a very long time. This has the chic look I wanted, the feel that fits me, and a good, chunky sound. This is a very good guitar.
Sound
As far as I can tell it has very good sound quality. I makes a nice chunky sound with the double humbuckers.
Quality
Very good quality. I have had this guitar for a few years and it still works like new.
Value
Very good quality.
Manufacturer Support
I have not needed any services. I guess that deserves a 10.
The Wow Factor
This is probably one of the sexiest guitars I have ever played.

"Decent guitar"
i would say this would be a great guitar for beginner guitarists; it fits pretty comfortably in your hand. but for intermediate and advanced guitar players, you can find better guitars. i admit that at this price, its a bargain.
Sound
the sound of this guitar is one thing that i must admit is quite exceptional for the price. i really dont have any complaints or had any problems getting the guitar to sound how i want it to.
Features
it seemed not to have many features.
Ease of Use
its pretty easy to make sound how you want it to. but it could still use a more crisp and edgier sound for the gain.
Quality
no problems so far with the quality, although this guitar gets out of tune faster than any of my other electrics.
Value
in this case, you get what you pay for, but still must say for this price it is hard to find a left handed guitar with a sound quality as high as this one.
Manufacturer Support
i havent had to deal with any support
The Wow Factor
well i dont think that this is the best looking guitar around, but thats just me. if it came in different colors, it might be different
