I have been using the 835's for three years now and could not be more satisfied. So long Shure.
Sound
This is one hot mic. I have a very strong voice and this mic can hang. I have always been a Shure 58 user until I used one of these. Also stands up to the road.
Features
The mic stand clips are tuff. I've never had one break.
Quality
This mic is built like a tank. Tuff as nails. Feels good in your hand. I don't leave home without it and I'm never at home.

Worth every penny, mabey even more but give us working musicians a break would'ya

I guess I would have to give the service depatrment a big thumbs up for tis one, I have never had any reason to call them. This mic has performed flawlessly.
The Wow Factor
There are alot of "good" mics on the market. This mic, to me, should take the place of the '58' as the industry standard for live shows and hey "chicks dig it"
