"Best Wah I've Played"

I'm a huge fan of Xotic Pedals in general, with the SP Comp and EP Boost already on my board. The XW-1 Wah is the best wah I've ever played. The tone is wonderfully transparent and sounds great clean or with distortion. It's the smallest "full size" Wah I've played and it feels great underfoot. It's built like a tank and looks super cool and chrome-y. The Bias and Wah-Q knobs help me hit the sweet spot no matter what pickups I'm using. The only addition I would make is to give the pedal a volume control function when the wah is disengaged. (It's a feature I love on the Morley wah.) This is an amazing pedal and I'd recommend it to anyone.

The xotic wah deserves the accolades it has received. It's adjustability helps tune in a single coil throwing ice pick highs, or a humbuckers fluuby lows. The smaller footprint is good news for a tight pedal board.

I love Xotic gear. I have 3 of thir products on my board. The flexibility of this wah is fantastic. The tone is spectacular from classic wha to ripping growl. One of the most important things for me when I purchase gear is the ability to be able to return it if it doesn’t work out as well as excellent customer service. The good folks at zZounds have allowed for me to develop an extremely powerful pedalboard and get my guitar tone completely dialed in. I appreciate them working with me and giving me the flexibility to try pedals in my system and develop my pro gigging gear system.

I have had the Xotic wah on my board for two months. It has a compact design and is made from quality materials. It has four adjustable potentiometers to take out any flubbiness or ice picks common to wah pedals. There is more adjustments via dip switches in the housing. I am not a knob turner by any means, but I do love the adjustability of this wah. Great tone, sturdy, great pedal!
