I've had both a Corvette $$ and Corvette Standard in the past, but the newer GPS series has proven to be quite the improvement over the older models. Compared to the Standard the GPS is lighter thanks to the ash body. I wish I would of stayed on the Warwick wagon over the years, because this thing is perfect after some minor adjustments and new strings. I don't think I'll be playing anything other than Warwick going forward.

I love this thing: the tone, the feel, the look. It's probably the best purchase I've made in a long time. It plays very evenly and smoothly, and has a great growl when you need it. I've owned a Rick, Ibanezes, Fenders and a Jackson. I think I now might be a Warwick guy for life. Also, this is the first time I've taken the time to write a review for anything I've bought, if that says anything.

This is my second Warwick Bass bought my first one(Warwick Corvette DB Doublebuck) back in July 2015 . The feel the sound everything is pure smooth and euphoric. I play these beauties through my MKVIII Peavey amp and cab- 2x10 1x18 and have found my Bass Nirvana. Thank you Herr Peter and everyone at Warwick Deutschland and zZounds.
