Works pretty well for my Jackson King V. My rhoads will fit in this case too but it's a little tight. The only downsides are that there are some seams in the padding near the bottom where the ends of the V on the guitar sit so there's a little less padding there and that's typically the most likely spot on a V shaped guitar to get dinged. I haven't had any problems so far though. Also it would be nice if the large pocket was just a bit bigger so that a medium to large size laptop would fit in there for recording on the go. I still like this case better than any other soft case I have for a V shaped guitar though.

This gig bag is really nice. Its made really well and is pretty solid for a gig bag. Padding is thicker then the Gator gig bag i got for my Jackson V. Just ordered another one for my Kramer Assault. Probably buy one for my bass also. You cant find a better gig bag for this amount of money.

"Doesn't Quite Fit a Jackson"

I bought this for a Jackson Rhodes V, and it doesn't quite fit. I managed to cram it in there, so it'll work, but if you're looking to buy this for a Jackson, its not going to quite fit right. The angles are a little off.

I gave it 4 stars because my Dean V is too snug of a fit for my liking. The Dean reverse V headstock needs to be worked in to fit. I had my Gibson V stored in one of these bags, but no Gibson should be in one of these. Get a hard shell case for your Gibson. Anyhow, a good gig bag.
