So very satisfied.
Sound
Beautiful. Full bodied sound, bright high and deep lows.
Features
The fishman electronics are great. Played a small gig in hall, hooked it straight up to the PA system. As good as the sound coming from it raw.
Ease of Use
The Action is perfect. Yes perfect. Previous guitar didn't have a neck as payable as this.
Quality
To me is is a average looking instrument with superb quality. They always may be a bad guitar out of a batch, after all they are mass produced, BUT this guitar as perfect like most of the reviews seen around. So I think that the raving reviews can speak for their quality.
Value
Best money I ever spent, literally!
Manufacturer Support
Haven't needed it yet, but hey, LIFETIME WARRANTY!!!
The Wow Factor
I want the sound, I need the sound coming from this fine guitar but they could do a little something something with the rosette. Wood finish of the rosewood back and sides is beautiful though.

I expect that I would buy a higher quality guitar if I was to start playing more than I already do. If I was to go on the road or something I might want a guitar that was super high quality, but for now I am very pleased
Sound
the overall sound of this guitar is great,Ive only heard better with very expensive guitars or custom guitars.I have purchased three different guitars to find a guitar that I was happy with overall, this acoustic elec.very good acoustic or elect.sounds good through my marshall or my fender and they arent acoustic amps.It sounds good.
Features
has a built in tuner and the electonics sound really good
Ease of Use
very playable...I got mine used and it needed a truss rod ajustment, which I did. I am very pleased with the playability
Quality
Seems to be made very well, no cracks ,very good finish..I would use it on the road.I am very pleased. It looks like it will last for a good long time
Value
I got mine for a really good deal off craigslist so I cannot participate here.

I need to return it for another brand or my money back.
Sound
This guitar would have been a good guitar if only it was made correctly. To my surprise after all the good things people and the Washburn are saying about this product the guitar pegs pop up. On mine the 3rd string hole is made too large so the peg is drowned in the hole. Also the 3rd string buzzes on the second fret so the brigdge needs adjustment with a shimmer. This is not the way to spend $300. Plus additional to take it to a lutheir. Don' t recommend this guitar unless your are a luthier.
Features
Normal. Nothing special.
Ease of Use
Guitar arrived needing adjustments.
Quality
Will not buy this brand ever again.
Value
Not worth the money I paid.
