Taylor 214ce Grand Auditorium Acoustic-Electric Guitar (with Hardshell Bag)

The Taylor 214ce's Sitka spruce top, ebony fretboard and rosewood back/sides provide crisp, clear tone, perfectly captured by Expression System 2 pickups.

The sound and play ability are so spot on. sounds great with an amp, or just strumming. In my experience with this guitar, the more you play it, the better it sounds. soft or loud the guitar has that even tone. very clear.

Musical Background:

I have been playing 40 years, The guitar is one of my passions in life.

Musical Style:

I play all types, Country, Christian, Bluegrass. but mostly my own songs.

My wife bought this for me as an anniversary gift. I had looked at and played Taylor guitars at a local dealer for a long time. Too me they are just beautifully built. The sound is as good as more expensive Martins ,Gibsons and more expensive Taylors. That is what impresses me so much about the 214ce is the value. A thousand bucks is a fair amount of money but as we know many guitars can cost 3 to 5 times as much and more. This guitar has great sound with tuners that keep in tune. Very durable and compared to inexpensive guitars, feels more substantial.

I have just started taking lessons online with Guitar Trick. It has been very much well worth the 20 bucks a month . Teaches us
