I am very satisfied with the product, and would replace it if it were lost or stolen.
Sound
The sound quality is okay. Not a concert hall quality, but certainly sufficient for practicing with a play along track.
Features
This unit along with headphones gives you the ability to play along with the track and practice without disturbing everyone around you.
Ease of Use
The unit is easy to use, just plug it in, or use it on batteries. Plug in your guitar and jam or practice to you heart's content.
Quality
Seems to be well constructed, and looks durable. I haven't dropped it yet. I think with minimal care, it would last quite a while.
Value
I think for the price, it is a good buy.
Manufacturer Support
Haven't had to contact the manufacturing company for any problems.
The Wow Factor
Gives me the opportunity to practice anywhere.

This is the greatest tool I have used for learning music.I had the same model for 2 years and decided to replace it before it completely wore out. Got one from Zzounds but it was defective, made a weird noise when I first used it and then it would skip. Zzounds was very cool about replacing it immediately. The subsequent model works like a charm. If you want t a good stand alone unit to do your transcriptions and learn music quickly and easily, this is really a good thing. The only caveat for me is that the sound quality gets really grainy when you slow things down. But it is a small price to pay considering the days when using real to reals to slow things down and the instruments would be hard to tell apart at the lower octave.

Great product, very versatile and definately worth the money. Absolutely DEVOURS batteries, maybe 2 1/2hrs use out of 4 AA. Get the power supply !!
Ease of Use
Not very intuitive controls. Menus could use some work. Display is small for amount of features to control.
Quality
Kinda flimsy plastic, but we'll see about durability.
