Drumming for over 25 years and the Iron Cobra HP900 is, by far and away, the best piece of hardware that I have ever bought. It is as it looks VERY RUGGED, and FAST FAST FAST. It takes time to find your balance on this but when you do man o man I can't say enough. Also as your foot strength increases, the cobra is soooooo simple to adjust and maintain perfect balance. A God send for sure! It is expensive but well worth it. Never had a need for support, that's good news right? I also own a Tama Iron Cobra Speed KIng but favor the HP 900
