Just received my hi-hat stand and contrary to some reviews I have read online , this stand is rock solid . No wobble , squeaks or any other noises . Very smooth action . I wanted a good solid stand for a Roland VH - 10 hi-hat but did not want to break the bank. I had a PDP stand and I can tell you, this Tama is built more solid. You can not find a better stand for $80 and you will not beat zZounds fast free delivery . I ordered this Weds and it came Fri !! If you need a great inexpensive stand , the Tama HH45W is the way to go !
