Features
This is just another USB 24-bit stereo audio/MIDI interface, but it is thoughtfully designed, most of the jacks/ports on one side and the preamps on the other. It has powered mic preamps, coaxial SPDIF, supports balanced line 1 and 2, has effect inserts and pads to adjust dB: everything you need if you are multitracking solo, all in one place. It

"Make all your acoustic recordings sound like Aphex Twin"

Overall: 1 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
I'm currently trying to get Steinberg to admit they have a faulty product so I can get a refund... So no, not satisfied.
Sound
Good when it works, crap when all it records is crackles... which is often.
Features
The standard what you'd expect from a 4 in 2 out card. Extra "feature" of recording inputs at EXTREMELY high distortion is a large minus.
Quality
Build quality: Excellent. Drivers/Software: CRAP.
Value
I wish I got a MOTU :( At least it would have worked.
Manufacturer Support
You can contact them, but they won't help you. They have released an updated driver which doesn't fix all of the multitude of problems the first driver had.

"Steinberg Cubase Mi4 - If you are a masochist"

Overall: 1.5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
Bad experience, huge deception. Now I've got the problem to return it and wait another few days to buy something else. I'm looking for a Mbox2 for sure, everything I've read about it and everyone I know that own one are fully satisfied.
Sound
Bad recording crackling noises, every damn instrument I tried sounds like crap. Heard Digidesign MBox 2 works and sounds lot better.
Features
Must admit the on-screen panel is a great feature, once your material is plugged in. No hassles with cables.
Ease of Use
Installation was hell... bad drivers uncompatible with tiger. Why the hell did you ship me an uncompatible version? Does Steinberg think everybody's gonna downgrade to panther to fix bugs? Samplerate clock problems, huge latency, crackling noises, I've had my mi4 for a month now and still haven't been able to record anything yet. Ordered a Sl2 to Sl3 update (since only Sl3 is compatible with tiger, but they shipped me SL2)... now I got to pay an extra 100 bucks and wait another 3 weeks to fully use my mi4. Rip-off. Don't buy this. Go with Mbox2 instead.
Quality
Built quality seems great, a truck could run over it and still it would work...
Value
If everything worked as it was told to, this would definitely be a kick-ass product. But because of all the problems I've had, I have to say it caused me more problems than pleasure.
Manufacturer Support
BAAAAAAD support... this is crazy, steinberg totally sucks when it comes to customer support... replies to my e-mail took about a day and a half.... which is forever when you have a major issue with your brand new material.
The Wow Factor
DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT, unless you are a masochist.
