Let me just say that by far this the best Jazz Bass I have ever played including some Fender MIA!! It feels and plays smooth like butter.Absolutely flawless finish, Not one blemish on it, the frets are perfect, no rough edges ANYWHERE!!! Anyone who over spends just to have a "famous" name on the headstock is only cheating themselves if they pass this monster of a bass up. Squier Classic Vibe basses can easily go head to head with any thousand dollar bass. Don't take my word for it, PLAY IT!!!!
Sound
Grade A++ sound with the stock pups really no need to upgrade. Smooth neck tones, and snappy bridge.
Features
Sexy looking bass. Squier did a great job with this one, especially with the pickguard, I love the old school thumb rest as well.
Quality
Quality wise, it us so far ahead of anything in or around its pri5e range. This bass is grossly underpriced, but I ain't complaining ;)
Value
It's a true gem.
The Wow Factor
Not enough words to describe how great this bass is, in not exaggerating.

if I found a Jap Fender that played this well I might buy it if priced about the same but really, why spend $600 on a Jap Jazz bass when this does the job as good if not better?
Sound
it sounds great Jimmy! years ago I had a Squier California P-bass and thought it sounded and played good. I expected about the same from this but fount it to be better! very versatile sound, and tone.
Features
it has what ya need to adjust the action and neck...allen wrenches.
Ease of Use
very playable, good action and all around setup.
Quality
very well made unlike many other Squiers I've played in the past. no sharp frets to slice through your hand when play'n. good finish and good quality electronics I think for a made in China Bass.
Value
worth the price with out a doubt.
Manufacturer Support
never dealt with the company and don't plan to.
The Wow Factor
errr..ah..never found a bass sexy. the bass looks great and I like retro style over new crap so it works for me.

I have this in white, no sharp frets, straight fast neck, fine set-up, good intonation, brass saddles, but the tuners are a bit too sensitive, takes the slightest twist of the waffles to change the pitch, and it sounds like there is a blanket over the amp, not a clear tone at all. But plays great so for the price still cant be beat. Im using a Hartke hydrive 250 watt 12 inch speaker combo. Makes a terrific beater instrument. If you want better sound you have to get the made in America fender basses.
